We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Unit Support Assistant to join our hospital team in Los Angeles, CA . In this role, you’ll handle patient check-ins, schedule appointments, manage records, and process forms to help keep our unit running smoothly. Must have at least 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting and strong communication skills in both languages.

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:30/4:30 PM
What You'll Do:
📋 Manage calls, emails, and appointment scheduling .
📞 Assist with patient check-ins and records updates .
🏥 Process insurance forms, payments, and lab results.
💻 Handle general administrative and clerical tasks .
What We're Looking For:
✅ Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
✅ Minimum 1 year of clerical experience in a medical or healthcare setting
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/College degree preferred)
✅ Must pass drug test and background check
